For the past 3 years, HAPPY PATIENT has been working intensely to reduce the inappropriate use of antibiotics in four clinical settings (primary care, out-of-hours services, nursing homes and community pharmacies) by implementing interventions for healthcare professionals in 5 european countries (France, Greece, Lithuania, Poland and Spain).
Now, HAPPY PATIENT project has entered its final phase, and very soon the final conference of the Health Alliance for Prudent Prescription and Yield of Antibiotics from a Patient-Centred Perspective will take place in Barcelona, specifically, on December 1st.
